Flatt Out Resurfacing, Remodeling and Handyman Services has been serving the Portland and SW Washington areas since 1992.  We have been helping homeowners, business owners and other contractors for over 30 years.  Back in 1992, I was awarded my first contract, painting everything interior and exterior of the Olive Garden Restaurant in Gresham Oregon by myself.  No crew.  I ended up painting the Jiffy Lube across the street and soon moved up to 14 employees, painting new construction homes as well as older repaints.  I soon was refinishing bathtubs and figured why stop there.  Over the years I have learned to do just about anything to a home when it comes to surfaces, especially interior surfaces.  Counter tops of all sorts, tile work including back splashes, floors and tub surrounds.  Laminate flooring, Luxury Plank Flooring.  Cabinet refacing and replacing.  Basically any surface or items in a house I can take care of…Including Handyman Services of all kinds.  My specialty is Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling.
