Important rental Info
Please review the following requirements before submitting your rental agreement.
6 Month Minimum term
All rental agreements require a minimum of 6 months. After the initial 6 months, your agreement will convert to a month-to-month arrangement.
Payment methods
We will discuss what payment methods work best for you. Payments will be required on the same day each month. We even accept Cash app, Zelle and Venmo
First payment
Your first payment is due on the day of installation. After installation, you will be required to fill out a rental agreement. We will confirm successful installation before processing your payment.
