Our Warranty

All residential surfaces refinishes "Flatt Out Resurfacing" are covered for five years. Commercial Properties, one year.

This warranty is not covered if the following has occured:

Cleaning with abrasive cleaners or scrubby pads

Bath mats are used

Cleaning of pets in tub

Drippy fixtures

Caulking has not had time to "set up"

Leaving bar soap or shampoo bottles on material

Obvious abuse (No Tonka Trucks Please)

Damaged tubs are repairable.

We suggest soft-scrub "gel" (liquid soap) and a cloth towel is best. Also, waxing a tub with car wax helps keep it clean and is easier to clean, just like a car.
